INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, and Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016
Data Controller:
of the personal data is Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien, with registered and operational office at Via Roma 33 – 28821 Cannero Riviera (VB). The above rights may be exercised by submitting a request to the data controller or one of the data processors, including through an authorized person. The request may also be sent by registered mail or email to patrick@immobiliaresimonelli.it.
Data Processing and Purposes:
The following personal and identification data will be collected from the contact person dealing with our company:
- 1.1 Company name or service center name, association identity, first and last name of the sole proprietorship;
- 1.2 Address of the registered office, operational headquarters, or local units;
- 1.3 Name and surname of the legal representative, managers, employees, or staff;
- 1.4 Banks with which there are relations and related bank details;
- 1.5 Switchboard phone number, extensions, and fax;
- 1.6 Institutional and direct email addresses;
- 1.7 Documentation relating to websites developed on behalf of clients.
The data will be processed for the following purposes:
CLIENTS
- a) Managing relationships with clients, data acquisition for service provision, product supply, financing, rental or leasing of equipment and software;
- b) Checking customer satisfaction regarding services provided by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien, through personal interviews or questionnaires sent by fax, mail, or email;
- c) Promotion of products or services offered by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien, exchange of communications related to the economic, administrative, and commercial activities of the company;
- d) Sending advertising material on services or products offered by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien via fax, mail, or email;
- e) Promotion of events such as Workshops, Conferences, Trade Fairs in which Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien is an organizer or participant;
- f) Issuance of transport documents, invoices and credit notes, ordinary accounting and VAT management, receipts and payments.
The provision of personal data is not mandatory; refusal to provide data, particularly for point a), would make it impossible for Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien to provide the requested service to the client.
POTENTIAL CLIENTS
Promotion of products, services, and events such as Workshops, Conferences, Trade Fairs organized or attended by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien; business consulting, development of offers for services / activities by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien.
In addition to the purposes described above, personal data may also be processed to comply with legal, regulatory, or EU obligations.
Methods of Data Collection
- Directly from the data subject or at the premises of Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien, at the start of the business relationship, order placement, request for a quote, or contract signing;
- b) Directly from the data subject via fax or email communications;
- c) Directly from the data subject during commercial visits to propose products or services offered by Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien;

This notice is provided to the data subject or to the person from whom the data is collected at the start of the relationship and will then be registered and stored at Immobiliare Simonelli Immobilien, with operational headquarters at Via Roma 33 – 28821 Cannero Riviera (VB). Data will be processed in compliance with the personal data protection code, stored to ensure confidentiality and prevent destruction or unauthorized access by third parties.
Data processing will be carried out manually (e.g., on paper) and/or using automated tools (e.g., electronic systems), with logic related to the purposes mentioned above and in a way that ensures data security and confidentiality, protected by devices and antivirus systems that prevent unauthorized access.
Data Disclosure and Scope of Distribution:
Data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities used to perform certain activities necessary to provide services: Accounting firm for tax/accounting requirements; Companies or firms for business, tax, and legal consulting; Banks for payments; Law firm in case of disputes; Public Administration for legally required communications; Companies providing services to support activities related to the contact and partially or fully complete the services offered, such as post offices, shippers, couriers. Data will not be transferred abroad.
Data Retention Period:
Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with legal terms, for the period required for tax, accounting, and administrative needs and to document our activity.
Data Subject’s Rights:
pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, you are granted the full right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data and correction or deletion of the same or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. This right may be exercised by email to patrick@immobiliaresimonelli.it.
The Controller will stop the processing upon receiving your communication of consent withdrawal.

Complaint to the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if requests addressed to the Data Controller do not result in a satisfactory response. The competent authority is the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
